To join our team, you must hold a valid UK driving licence, have an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one), and possess at least two years’ experience in domiciliary care. Ideally, you should also have access to your own vehicle. Additionally, we value qualities such as kindness, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
